Conspiracy illusion is a type of mental illness that is prevalent between an individual or a community. It can be said that it is a kind of projection that results from weakness. Weakness in accepting individual and collective responsibility, that is, the person or society attributes its misfortunes and failures to another, which can be a country. The Discussions of conspiracy theories in Iran has been written in three main sections and each section has been written by one of the great and well-known researchers in the field of history and sociology. In the first article, Yervand Abrahamian investigate the roots of paranoid in Iran, in line with contemporary Iranian political currents. In the second part, Ahmad Ashraf explains the concept of the history of conspiracy in Iran, and in the third article, Homayoun Katozian investigate Khalil Malekis views on conspiracy theory. The book also includes two other sub-sections, one on the indictment against Khalil Maleki and several others as leaders of the socialist community in Iran. And the final part follows the concept of conspiracy theory in Persian and English articles and writings. Reading this book for all of us who are involved in this issue, both in the past and in the deep, can deepen our vision and understanding of this issue in the hope that this disease will disappear among us
